- Bot Exposure Score — the results of your scan
- Inferred industry — automatically detected from your website, editable by you
- Timestamp — when the scan occurred
What We Do NOT Collect
- Passwords or API keys
- Google Analytics data (GA4 tokens are temporary and discarded after use)
- Any personally identifiable information beyond your email
How We Use Your Data
- Deliver your Bot Exposure Report by email
- Send follow-up recommendations based on your scan results (max 3 emails over 2 weeks)
- Aggregate anonymous scan data to improve industry benchmarks
Data Retention
- Scan results are cached to speed up repeat lookups and used, in anonymized aggregate, to improve industry benchmarks
- Your email address and score are retained only if you request a report, for lead-nurture communications
- You can unsubscribe from any email, and request full deletion of your data, at any time
Third-Party Scanning
We scan publicly accessible URLs only — the same information any web browser can access. We do not attempt to access password-protected areas, private APIs, or internal networks.
Cookies
bottraffic.ai uses Cloudflare Turnstile (anti-bot verification) and Google Analytics (GA4) for usage analytics on this site. No third-party advertising cookies.
Data Sharing
Your data is not sold or shared with third parties. We may send occasional educational content related to bot traffic and web security.
Email Communications
Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. We comply with CAN-SPAM regulations. Emails are sent from reports@bottraffic.ai.
Right to Deletion
